Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic A Level Business Teacher to join our international school team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge A-Level Business Studies curriculum, preparing students to understand and analyze business operations, strategy, and global commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business lessons that meet Cambridge A-Level standards.
• Teach core topics such as business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and human resource management.
• Use real-world case studies and examples to enhance student understanding of business concepts.
• Assess, record, and report student progress using formative and summative assessments.
• Prepare students for A-Level examinations with focused instruction, practice exams, and revision strategies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, cross-disciplinary initiatives, and business-related events.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities (e.g., business clubs), and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at A-Level or equivalent advanced programs (IB, AP).
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge A-Level Business syllabus and assessment requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for fostering entrepreneurial thinking and real-world business applications.
