Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and certified Montessori Lead Teachers (Guides) for multiple levels, from Infant to High School. The ideal candidates will foster a nurturing, child-centered learning environment that upholds the principles of the Montessori philosophy. You will guide students through individualized learning plans, encouraging independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Montessori-aligned lesson plans tailored to students’ developmental needs.
- Prepare and maintain a stimulating and organized Montessori classroom environment.
- Observe, record, and assess each child’s progress and growth.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere that encourages independence and collaboration.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school events, workshops, and professional development.
- Ensure the Montessori philosophy is consistently applied throughout the learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent) for the relevant age group.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Proven teaching experience in a Montessori setting (experience varies by level).
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning and empowering students.
